Camilo Condis

Camilo Condis is an accomplished engineering and management professional with over a decade of experience leading electrical, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects and overseeing high-impact nonprofit, civic, and media initiatives.

As Co-Founder and Senior Manager of Lucendi SRL, Mr. Condis managed the design, execution, and delivery of some of Cuba’s most iconic restoration projects, including the National Capitol, the historic Martí Theater, and Havana’s Central Park. Under his leadership, Lucendi expanded its client portfolio, improved operational efficiency, and integrated renewable energy solutions, positioning the company as a trusted provider of electrical and infrastructure services nationwide.

Previously, Mr. Condis served as Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Artecorte, a cultural and community initiative that supports local artisans and urban revitalization projects. He also coordinated projects for Cuba 8, a nonprofit promoting bicycle use and sustainable urban mobility. He worked with La Liga en Cuba, a civic platform fostering entrepreneurship, participation, and community development.

In addition to his engineering and nonprofit leadership, Mr. Condis founded and hosted El Enjambre, one of Cuba’s most influential independent podcasts. El Enjambre provided in-depth analysis of news, politics, and culture and fostered meaningful public dialogue. As a trainer and mentor at Cuba Emprende, he supported dozens of emerging entrepreneurs, providing them with practical tools and knowledge to strengthen their businesses and navigate Cuba’s complex economic environment.

Mr. Condis has been invited to participate in prestigious international programs and forums, including the 2022 CEO Summit of the Americas, the Association for the Study of the Cuban Economy (ASCE), the Latin American Studies Association (LASA), and the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), Class of 2020. He has also participated in professional exchanges in Canada, Spain, the United States, and the Netherlands, broadening his international perspective and collaborative network.

Mr. Condis is dedicated to applying his technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership skills to large-scale infrastructure projects and cross-sector initiatives that promote innovation, resilience, and positive social impact.
